Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Police Department, Tort Liability Fund 1-10023200-74205-2310041000-74205 to the Cincinnati Insurance Company as subrogee of the Arcade & Maryland Development, LLC in the amount of eighty-six thousand nine hundred four dollars and no cents ($86,904.00) in full and final settlement of their property damage claim stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 4th day of December, 2017, in Saint Paul, MN.
