Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department in the amount of $5,812.05 for the reimbursement from the Minnesota Professional Firefighters Association for firefighter helmets for Fire Ops 101 training.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the Minnesota Professional Firefighters Association for firefighter helmets that will be used for Fire Ops 101 training; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the helmets is $5,812.05; and
WHEREAS, the spending and financing plans have not been established for the reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $5,812.05 in excess of those estimated in the 2026 budget; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council that the $5,812.05 is available for appropriation in the 2026 budget and said budget, as heretofore adopted by the City Council, is hereby amended as outlined in the attached financial analysis.
