Making finding on the appealed of Melanie Baker to a nuisance abatement ordered for 1884 MONTANA AVENUE EAST in Council File RLH SAO 26-39.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-39 on May 27, 2026 which granted an extension to June 12, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions related to the Summary/Vehicle Abatement Orders at 1884 Montana Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 16, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions (trailer against fence, green Chevy, white Chevy) were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
