WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Vicki Karr, Property Manager to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 2610 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 7, 2018 to remove access card reader in the second floor elevator lobby November 15, 2018 to come into compliance with Fire Code stairwell egress requirements; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
