Authorizing the Fire Department to enter into an agreement with the City of Roseville for the use of the Fire Department training facilities.

WHEREAS, the Roseville Fire Department wishes to use the Saint Paul Police Department training facilities; and
WHEREAS, parties have agreed to a fee schedule for the use of the facilities and the City of Roseville agrees to defend and indemnify the City of Saint Paul for any claims made against it for use of the training facilities; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement to extend the use of the Fire Department training facilities to the City of Roseville; a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Fire Department.
