Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, August 13, 2024, teleconference between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  I love my home!  I have owned since 2002!  I have a pollinator garden.  I have been away taking care of my parents.  But I also love my home.  It is not vacant in any way.

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Karin Jordahl to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 2184 PRINCETON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release the property from the Vacant Building noting that electrical service has been restored; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
