Preliminary Order setting the date of Public Hearing for January 14, 2026, to consider approval of the 2026 Saint Anthony/Rondo Arterial Mill and Overlay Project.

In the Matter of approving all necessary work for the 2026 Saint Anthony/Rondo Arterial Mill and Overlay Project, proposed improvements include resurfacing the roadway pavement by removing the top layer (2”) of the street and placing a new layer of bituminous pavement and upgrading the pedestrian ramps.
The segment to be improved is Saint Anthony/Rondo from Snelling Avenue to Ravoux Street (see map).
The Council of the City of Saint Paul, having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $4,500,000, financed by General Funds (M&O).
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 14th day of January, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
