Approving the Mayor's appointment of Michael Darrow, Daniel Featherstone, Catherine Grilz, and Michael Rademaker and reappointment of Erin Hayes, Shaval Webb, and Nancy Rodenborg to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission.

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 102.02 (a) states that the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission consists of nine (9) members appointed by the mayor with the consent of the council; and
WHEREAS, Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity staff and commissioners have reviewed applications and conducted interviews of interested applicants; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 102.02 (b), Michael Darrow, Daniel Featherstone, Catherine Grilz, and Michael Rademaker are recommended for appointment to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 102.02 (b), Erin Hayes, Shaval Webb, and Nancy Rodenborg are recommended for reappointment to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Carter wishes to appoint Michael Darrow, Daniel Featherstone, Catherine Grilz, and Michael Rademaker to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission to a three-year term ending on April 01, 2028; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves the mayor’s appointment of Michael Darrow, Daniel Featherstone, Catherine Grilz, and Michael Rademaker to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission to a three-year term ending on April 01, 2028.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves the mayor’s reappointment of Erin Hayes, Shaval Webb, and Nancy Rodenborg to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission to a second three-year term ending on April 01, 2028.
