WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of William Munson to a Vacant Building Registration Notice and Summary Abatement Order at 12 OAKLEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal of the Vacant Registration (property remains a Category 2 Vacant Building and requires a code compliance inspection) and waive Vacant Building fee for 90 days to April 25, 2024, grant to March 8, 2024 for compliance with the Summary Abatement Order; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
