WHEREAS on April 2, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-7, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection Service for the Property Code Violation billed during the time period of July 30 to October 25, 2013. (File No. J1402E, Assessment No. 148301); and
WHEREAS, the property at 851 Tuscarora Avenue, being described as: Clarke's Addition to the City of St Paul Lot 23 Blk 7, with the property identification number 11-28-23-42-0179 was assessed an amount of $515.00; and
WHEREAS, the Department and Safety Office recommends reducing the assessment from $515.00 to $275.00; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 14-7 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
