Purpose of Appeal:
-The trailer is on an improved surface with the driveway being grandfathered in.
-The lawn mower is a project for our kids farm/machine maintenance merit badge for boy scouts.
-The contractor box is to keep lawn mower parts dry as well as scooters and is the same make and model as Parks & Rec uses for baseball equipment and is on a raised surface.
-Tarps for fine wood. Are they allowed?

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Edward Albrecht to three Summary Abatement Orders and one Vehicle Abatement Order at 1529 GRANTHAM STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant appeal on tall grass and weeds order as nuisance was abated; grant extension to October 1, 2024 for summary and vehicle abatement orders; grant extension to November 1, 2024 on garden tractor; and grant appeal and allow contractor toolbox and lidded garbage cans; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
