Body

WHEREAS, Kareem, Inc. d/b/a I Mart St. Paul (License ID 20230000995) applied for a Gas Station and a Tobacco Shop license for the premises located at 296 - 7^th Street East in Saint Paul; and   

WHEREAS, on July 17, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and 

WHEREAS, in response to the July 17, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Gas Station and Tobacco Shop licenses; and 

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, the Gas Station and Tobacco Shop licenses are hereby approved and issued to Kareem, Inc. d/b/a I Mart St. Paul (License ID 20230000995) for the premises located at 296 - 7^th Street East in Saint Paul.
