WHEREAS, St. Paul Grill, LLC (License ID # 20180000679), d/b/a St. Paul Tap, Sports Bar & Gaming Co., located at 825 Jefferson Avenue, has requested a condition modification to its existing Class N licenses to permit outdoor amplified music and speakers; and
WHEREAS, objections to the requested modification to permit outdoor amplified music and speakers were received within the notification period, and a hearing was held on March 2, 2020; and
WHEREAS, after conducting the hearing and considering the testimonies and evidence, the Deputy Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the application to modify the existing license condition to permit outdoor amplified music and speakers for St. Paul Grill, LLC (License ID # 20180000679), d/b/a St. Paul Tap, Sports Bar & Gaming Co., located at 825 Jefferson Avenue, be approved with the following conditions:
Existing License Condition to be Removed
There will be no amplification of music or broadcasted events outside the building, and no speakers located on the patio or anywhere outside the building.
Existing License Conditions to Remain
1. The management of the licensed establishment shall provide security in the parking lots at bar closing, and again 30 minutes after closing, to ensure that the patrons leave the premises and the parking lots without causing a disturbance in the surrounding neighborhoods. Patrons shall be advised of the necessity of leaving in an orderly manner and shall not be permitted to loiter outside the bar or in the parking lot.
