Approving the expansion of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area of the existing Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Entertainment (A), and Gambling Location licenses for 620 Club LLC d/b/a 620 Club (License ID #20240001045) for the premises located at 620 7th Street West.

WHEREAS, 620 Club LLC d/b/a 620 Club ("Licensee") has applied to expand the Liquor Outdoor Service Area of the existing Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Entertainment (A), and Gambling Location licenses (License ID #20240001045) for the premises located at 620 7th St. W. ("Licensed Premises"); and
WHEREAS, On March 19, 2026, the Licensee sent a letter formally requesting to expand its outdoor liquor service area located on private property and at the rear of the Licensed Premises; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification on March 18, 2026, with a response date of April 2, 2026; and
WHEREAS, In response to the notification, no objections were received, and the Council finds that the request for expansion is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the request for expansion of the LIquor Outdoor Service Area; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, The expansion of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area to the existing Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Entertainment (A), and Gambling Location licenses (License ID #20240001045) are hereby approved and issued to 620 Club LLC d/b/a 620 Club for the premises located at 620 7th St. W. in Saint Paul with the following existing license conditions still attached:
