Title
Authorizing the City to enter into Cooperative Agreement No.1031272 with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for improvements on Trunk Highway 51 (Snelling).
Body
WHEREAS, the City's Pascal-Snelling Improvements Project includes work on Trunk Highway 51 (Snelling) between University and St. Anthony; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT has agreed to provide $600,000 of Trunk Highway funding for this project; and
WHEREAS, the budget amendment regarding the MnDOT Trunk Highway funding for this Project will be addressed in a future Council resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1031272, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
