Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services May 15 to 31, 2018. (File No. J1815A, Assessment No. 188544)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 18-1076 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of May 15 to May 31, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 3, 2018 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 18-478: 1089 Albemarle Street;
RLH TA 18-489: 219 Belvidere Street East;
RLH TA 18-462: 624 Cook Avenue East;
RLH TA 18-486: 1397 Edmund Avenue;
RLH TA 18-473: 772 Frank Avenue;
RLH TA 18-477: 1191 Hamline Avenue North;
RLH TA 18-490: 328 Harrison Avenue;
RLH TA 18-480: 345 Jackson Street;
RLH TA 18-479: 956 Laurel Avenue;
RLH TA 18-497: 1356 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 18-488: 650 Oakdale Avenue;
RLH TA 18-461: 883-893 Payne Avenue;
RLH TA 18-487: 1105 Payne Avenue;
RLH TA 18-474: 93 Sycamore Street West;
RLH TA 18-476: 1374 Van Buren Avenue; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
