Approving the Memorandum of Agreement for the 2026 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, Local No. 633.

Whereas, the May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2028 Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, Local No. 633, which was approved by the Saint Paul City Council on June 18, 2025, continues in full force and effect through April 30, 2028, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, Local No. 633, have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the 2026 Wage and Fringe Adjustment that, once approved, shall be effective as of May 1, 2026 (or closest pay period); now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the 2026 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, Local No. 633.
