Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-641 accepted the Report of Completion for the improvement of the westernmost 160 feet of the alley in Rice and Irvine's Addition, Block 53 (bounded by Seventh, Smith, Chestnut and Kellogg); and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 5, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
