WHEREAS, on August 17, 2011 the City Council approved the Mayor's appointment of Dan Bostrom, and Kathy Lantry to serve on the Saint Paul Port Authority for a term ending July 31, 2017 (RES 11-1585); therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves the appointment of Dai Thao to replace Kathy Lantry on the Saint Paul Port Authority for the term ending July 31, 2017.
