Amending Council File RLH AR 14-47 to delete the assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from March 8 to April 9, 2014 at 778 SEVENTH STREET EAST.  (File No. J1408P, Assessment No. 148407)

Body

WHEREAS, on August 6, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 14-47, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from

March 8 to April 9, 2014. (File No. J1408P, Assessment No. 148407); and

WHEREAS, the property at 778 Seventh Street East, being described as:  KELLER'S SUBDIVISION OF BLK. NO. 11 IN LYMAN DAYTON'S ADDITION TO ST. PAUL EX NWLY 14 FT FOR ST LOT 3 BLK 1;

with the property identification number 32-29-22-11-0080 was assessed an amount of $210.46 for graffiti removal; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as a graffiti waiver was sent in.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus any accrued interest; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Council File #RLH AR 14-47 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
