Title
Appeal of Jay Drieling to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 600 BEAUMONT STREET.
Date/Time of 1st LH: June 18, 2019 at 2:30
Purpose of Appeal: Following the explosion of 676 Payne and subsequest damage to my property, I prepared a folder of all materials from the city. I have on file a condemnation notice with Ref.# 105360, but nothing regarding the registration of vacant building status. My contractor, EcoCon LLC, does recall inspectors Singerhouse or Seeger speaking of granting an extension for exemption status. I am now aware that we were indeed given an extension behind the scenes totalling 180 days. However, I would like to appeal as we were not given warning about the June 4th deadline and at the time were weeks away from completion.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: June 4, 2019
Inspector/Key Staff: Rich Singerhouse
