Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Tony Hoong to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1011 JESSAMINE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to September 14, 2021 and grant the appeal to be released from the Registered Vacant Building Program if the Fire Certificate of Occupancy is reinstated by that date; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
