BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 87.14 of the Legislative Code, the Council does hereby set a public hearing for charges for one-inch service connections and taps of all sizes on November 6, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, Saint Paul Regional Water Services is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing, the publication of which is to be at least ten (10) days before the public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation.
