Purpose of Appeal:    Moving in March.  I need more time to finish my house. I need extension

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  VB Category 1 Duplex opened 2/9/21 referred by SPFD and Form 4 dwelling for fire.  Appeal of VB Reg was appealed under VBR 21-33 adopted on 7/7/21; appealed denied and went to assmt.  Assmt was appealed and reduced to 2127 (delete admin cost)

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Kenneth D. Burnett to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 329 LAWSON AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee through May 9, 2022 to have permits finaled and building occupied; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
