Purpose of Appeal:  The property is vacant and in the process of rehab. Inspection notices were not received.

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Carolyn Brown, Community Stabilization Project, and Shai Leibovich to a Vacant Building Registration Notice and Summary Abatement Order at 494 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal of the Vacant Building Registration, but will waive the vacant building fee for 60 days to January 21, 2024; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
