WHEREAS on February 16, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-337, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean up on private property from November 01 to December 02, 2010. (File No. J1108A, Asmt No. 118015); and
WHEREAS, the property at 271 Sherburne Avenue, being described as: Chambers Addition Ex Alley E 45 Ft Of Lot 1 Blk 1, with the property identifification number 36-29-23-13-0135 was assessed an amount of $540.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; and now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $540.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-337 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
