RESOLVED, the City Council for the City of Saint Paul authorizes and directs the proper City officials to hereby pay the amount of $360,000 in full and final settlement of the lawsuit captioned, Jon Berry v. City of St. Paul, and St. Paul City Council Member Anika Bowie in her individual capacity, Ramsey County District Court File Number, 27-CV-25-5519, for all damages, injuries and costs as alleged in Plaintiff’s Complaint and any amendments thereto.
