Staff Comments: PO requested a service hold on June 25, for the dates of 06/25/2025-11/25/2025. The next time the PO reached out was on March 19, stating she is refusing to pay for the prorated Quarter 4 amount. On April 29 the PO reached out again stating she has never had a garbage cart. Staff delivered a 64 gallon replacement cart on April 30. Staff does not recommend removing or reducing assessment.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with the collection of delinquent garbage bills for services during [time period] [RE Project #] and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
