Ratifying the assessments for Demolition Services from January to February 2012 (NON-CDBG Funds). (File No. J1210C, Assessment No. 122010)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-572 accepted the Report of Completion for Demolition of Vacant Buildings during the months of January to February 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 20, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment.
