Staff is seeking Board approval of the scope of work from TKDA to provide additional engineering services for the Hazel Park Generator Project.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul has established master contracts with firms to provide engineering services; and
WHEREAS, TKDA proposes to provide additional professional engineering services for construction oversight and inspection for the Hazel Park Generator Installation to SPRWS at an additional cost not to exceed $19,500, billed per hourly rates in accordance with master contract No. 4741; now, therefore; be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes TKDA to provide professional engineering services for the Hazel Park Generator Installation under the master contract No. 4741 at a total cost not to exceed $73,500 and hereby authorizes its General Manager of SPRWS to execute any and all forms as may be required for such agreements.
