Authorizing acceptance of a right-of-way easement along the east side of Emerald Street between Ellis Street and University Avenue West for the 2700 University FC, LLC & 2700 University FC, LP mixed-use development.
Body
WHEREAS, On April 13, 2015 the City of Saint Paul, Department of Safety and Inspections, approved a site plan for a mixed-use development at 2700 University Avenue West; and
WHEREAS, a condition of site plan approval was the property owner's dedication of a right-of-way easement along the westerly edge of the property abutting Emerald Street; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has agreed to execute a Deed of Dedication of Easement for this purpose, as provided in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B attached hereto; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the City of Saint Paul do hereby authorize acceptance of said right-of-way easement, as provided in Exhibits A and B attached hereto, and direct and authorize the proper city officials to record same with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office and/or Registrar of Titles.
