Appeal of Scott Fergus to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 922 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, April 1, 2025, Teleconference between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  We are rehabbing the home at this time and plan to sell to low to moderate income families.  We have been in touch with city staff leadership regarding our plans and mission for our portfolio of homes.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Scott Fergus to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 922 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive vacant building fee for 90 days to July 10, 2025; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
