Authorizing approval of settlement and payment in full and final settlement of the lawsuit captioned Historic Summit Avenue, d/b/a Save Our Street (“SOS”) v. City of St. Paul, Minnesota, Ramsey County District Court, Court File Number 62-CV-25-9036.
RESOLVED, the City Council for the City of Saint Paul authorizes and directs the proper City officials to hereby pay the amount of $160,000 in full and final settlement of the lawsuit captioned, Historic Summit Avenue, d/b/a Save Our Street (“SOS”) v. City of St. Paul, Minnesota, Ramsey County District Court, Court File Number 62-CV-25-9036, for all damages, injuries and costs as alleged in Plaintiff’s Complaint and any amendments thereto.
