Body

WHEREAS, Classic Collision LLC, d/b/a Classic Collision Summit Hill (License ID 20230000934) applied for an Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license for the premises located at 90 Dale Street North in Saint Paul; and  

WHEREAS, on July 21, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and 

WHEREAS, in response to the July 21, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license is hereby approved and issued to Classic Collision LLC, d/b/a Classic Collision Summit Hill (License ID 20230000934) for the premises located at 90 Dale Street North  in Saint Paul.
