WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Derek Tanberg, The Window Store Home Improvements, on behalf of Martin Marrone, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 973 WATSON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the replacement egress bedroom window measuring 15.875 inches high by 23.344 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
