Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Tort Liability Fund 1-10031500 to the State Farm Insurance Company in the amount of twelve thousand three hundred and thirty-five dollars and forty-seven cents ($12,335.47) in full and final settlement of their liability damage stemming from an auto incident on or about December 10, 2025 in Saint Paul, MN.
