Comments: Emiliano Romero contacted our office to have LHO review and reconsider VB fee already certified to 2025 taxes. Mr. Romero appealed RLH VBR 23-35 on June 27, 2023 Legislative Hearing and was granted a fee waiver for 60 days to August 15, 2023. On August 15, 2023 warning letter was sent. Fee unpaid and it was sent to assessment 10/3/23. PERMITS: 11/17/23, building permit finaled. Plumbing finaled 11/15/23; Warm-Air finaled 10/30/23; mechanical finaled 11/2/23, electrical finaled 11/14/23. VB folder was not closed until 6/12/24.

WHEREAS, the property at 593 Cook Avenue East, being described as: Arlington Hills Addition to St. Paul 40/45 Thru 49 Lot 19 Blk 5, with the property identification number 29-29-22-13-0050 was assessed an amount of $5,075; and

WHEREAS, property owner reached out to have the vacant building fee review and reconsider; and
