WHEREAS on April 17, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 19-18, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration fees billed during August 14 to November 20, 2018. (File No. VB1907, Assessment No. 198806).

 

WHEREAS, the property at 721 Jackson Street, being described as: Lot 12 of Ashton and Sherburne’s, Additio Ex Wly Part Measuring 100 Ft on NLY L and 104 Ft on Sly L Lot 12, the Ely 100 Ft of Lot 13 & Ely 85 Ft of Lot 14 Blk 13, with the property identification number 31-29-22-21-0093 was assessed an amount of $2284.00; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $2284 to $1713 because property owner completed the repairs in 8½ months and the annual fee covers a 12-month time period; Now, Therefore Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 19-18 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
