Authorizing the City to enter into a subgrantee reimbursement agreement with the Saint Paul Port Authority.
Body
WHEREAS, the City received a Federal Transportation Technical Assistance and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Grant not to exceed $30,000 from the Minnesota Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the grant agreement between the City and the Minnesota Department of Transportation allows the City to hire consultants to provide technical assistance in identifying and applying for transportation related federal discretionary grants authorized by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Port Authority has hired a consultant to provide this technical assistance; and
WHEREAS, the City now intends to reimburse the Saint Paul Port Authority for this technical assistance; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter this agreement with the Saint Paul Port Authority, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
