Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1496 UPPER AFTON ROAD in Council File RLH SAO 26-14.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-14 on March 4, 2026 which granted an extension to March 13, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1496 Upper Afton Road; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 17, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
