Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up Services during November 2013. (File No. J1405A, Assessment No. 148504)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-29 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of November 4 to November 27, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 19, 2014 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 14-75: 703 Bedford Street;
RLH TA 14-69: 662 Burr Street;
RLH TA 14-71: 332 Cottage Avenue East;
RLH TA 14-70: 759 Edgerton Street;
RLH TA 14-60: 589 Forest Street;
RLH TA 14-64: 766 Fuller Avenue;
RLH TA 14-72: 394 Hope Street;
RLH TA 14-76: 1615 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 14-54: 1846 Marshall Avenue;
RLH TA 14-74: 610 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 14-65: 1232 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 14-55: 290 Stinson Street;
RLH TA 14-66: 523 Tedesco Street;
RLH TA 14-67: 832 Third Street East;
RLH TA 14-68: 647 Van Buren Avenue; And, Be It Further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
