ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and on the request of the Director of Public Works, to amend the 2026 spending budget for the reallocation of funds within existing budgets. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner specified in the attached financial analysis. Request to move budgeted funds from the 24 PW City 1% Sales Tax program to the 2024 Grand Snelling Intersection Improvement Project to cover the final estimate.
