WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of David Kvasnik to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 2165 SELBY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until February 1, 2019 to reduce the occupancy load to 4 unrelated adults if owner files an appeal with the Board of Zoning Appeals; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
