Title

Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between Fire Fighters Local 21 and the City of Saint Paul for the purpose of establishing clarification to sworn classifications, job transfer bid system, and seniority requirements for bid eligibility in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2020).

 

Body

WHEREAS, the 2018 - 2020 (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2020) Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Fire Fighters Local 21 was approved by City Council on September 5, 2018; and

 

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the Fire Fighters Local 21 have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the purpose of establishing clarification to sworn classifications, job transfer bid system, and seniority requirements for bid eligibility in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2020); now therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement between the Fire Fighters Local 21and the City of Saint Paul for the purpose of establishing clarification to sworn classifications, job transfer bid system, and seniority requirements for bid eligibility in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2020).
