Amending Council File RES 25-1491 to change setting date of Legislative Hearing to January 6, 2026 to consider and levy the assessments against individual properties. (File No. J2602TW, Assessment No. 268702)

WHEREAS on November 19, 2025, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RES 25-1491, said Resolution being Approving the City’s cost of providing Tall Grass and Weed Removal services during June 27 to July 8, 2025, and setting date of Legislative Hearing for December 16, 2025 and City Council public hearing for February 18, 2026 to consider and levy the assessments against individual properties. (File No. J2602TW, Assessment No. 268702); and
WHEREAS, Office of Financial Services staff indicated the mailing was missed due to technical error and the Legislative Hearing date of December 16, 2025 will not meet the deadline nor publishing notice as required by law;
WHEREAS, the dates are now amended for the 6th day of January 2026 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in Room 330, Third Floor, City Hall Court House, in the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RES 25-1491 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
