WHEREAS on June 5, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 13-44 and RLH TA 13-331, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Trash Hauling Services from February 6 to 27, 2013 at 963 Earl Street (File No. J1308G, Assessment No. 138708); and

WHEREAS, File No. J1308G, Assessment No. 138708 for trash hauling services from February 6 to 27, 2013 was made in error; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends correcting the File Numbers to J1309G and 138709 for trash hauling services from March 6 to March 27, 2013 and deleting the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that Council File Nos. RLH AR 13-44 and RLH TA 13-331 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
