Purpose of Appeal
Recently remodeled and on the market for sale. Water damage just occurred due to pipes freezing. Property needs damage corrected asap so no further damage occurs. Property is in good condition other than recent water damage.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ernie DeLanghe, on behalf of FoxPoint Ventures, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1135 CHARLES AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but will waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
