Electing the City Council Secretary effective January 1, 2026.

WHEREAS, City Council Secretary Shari Moore is retiring, effective December 31, 2025;
WHEREAS, a replacement is needed to serve in the capacity of the City Council Secretary;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that City Council Director Jay Willms is elected as the City Council Secretary effective January 1, 2026.
