Accepting a Sidewalk Easement from Saint Paul Academy and Summit School in conjunction with the improvement of school property at 1150 Goodrich Avenue.
Body
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Academy and Summit School ("Grantor") is proposing improvements at the school site located at 1150 Goodrich Avenue (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, as part of the site plan approval process for the proposed improvements, the City of Saint Paul ("City") is requiring the dedication of a sidewalk easement (the "Easement"); and
WHEREAS, the Grantor has agreed to dedicate the Easement and is now requesting that the City accept the Easement, as provided in Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City and the City Attorney's Office have reviewed and approved the Easement as attached; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby accept the Easement, as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto; and be it further
RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resolution and the City's receipt from the Grantor of a $300.00 administrative processing fee, the City is directed to record the original of same with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office and/or Registrar of Titles.
