WHEREAS on July 9, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-37, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties from the month of January 2014. (File No. 1406T, Assessment No. 149006); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1004 Raymond Avenue, being described as: Rearrangement of Blocks 62,67,68 and Lot 1 of Block 75 St Anthony Park Subj to ST the Fol; Part of Lot 2 NEly of Fol L; Com at SE Cor of Lot 1 Blk 1 th Nly along El of Lots 1&2 148.34ft to Pt of Beg th N 73 Deg 17 Min 10 Sec W to Raymond Ave as widened & there terminating & all of Lots 3 & Lot4 Blk 2, with the property identification number 29-29-23-13-0030 was assessed an amount of $1,519.78; and
WHEREAS, the Forestry Department found a calculation error and recommends reducing the assessment from $1,519.78 to $777.39 ; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 14-37 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
